Drink Water

That's right. Water is good for you!
Feeling hungry? Drink more water.
Got a headache? Drink more water.
Are you thirsty? Then you're already dehydrated!
I'd recommend reading the following page to better understand what water does for you and how much you require. You'd be surprised to know that many of your ill symptoms are simply a lack of water.

* Just beware that boiling water may actually concentrate the toxic chemical fluoride, so I do not recommend you do this to avoid fluoride. Just aim to get water without fluoride.
